The interior and decor of this house look very cheap. Likewise, the neighborhood is a circus. However, the upstairs master bathroom has nice gray tile. I am the least impressed with this home. 😢😢

Not a fan of the layout of the house. No real livingroom on the first floor (the one they have is too small and not wide enough), don't like having a laundry room in a junior suite on the first floor. The primary suite is not that large but love the bathroom. The stairway is seriously too narrow, how will they bring up the furniture in such a tiny space!!!! Also the house seems really fancy compared to the other houses on the block, it would stand out too much for all the wrong reasons. The house would be a target, but I love the fact that there is no HOA (it's the selling point of the house)!

its better, revitalizing the downtown. they are building a food hall as well. moved here from california and bought our home 1/17. paid 161k for our home. prices have more than doubled. we live in a nice, clean development with an HOA more crooked than the streets of san francisco. but its cool

I live near Hapeville in Lakewood amphitheater area. I never realize how quaint it was until going to a local Chinese restaurant .It has a great feel and the neighborhoods are small town neat as well. The location to the city is outstanding. The negative is it needs it own grocery store. You have to shop on Cleveland Ave..No thanks. I don't shop on Cleveland Ave foranything.. I wish I could live there because it's much more safer than where I live currently.

The master bath and kitchen were nice. The layout is horrible though. How on earth are you supposed to get furniture in there. This is the worse “luxury” townhouse layout I have ever seen. Some much wasted space that isn’t even usable.
